AEF Companies Construction Division works with general contractors, homeowners, insurance companies and engineers to repair the damaged structure back to a condition equal to or better than it was before the fire or storm damage. Starting with the removal of damaged personal items and fire debris, next we remove all interior finishes from the structure, leaving only the exposed frame work. The next phase is the demolition and replacement of all burned or damaged framing structures. The restoration of a fire damaged home or apartment requires a special skill that we have developed over the years. All of the framing carpenters on the project are familiar with all the latest framing knowledge and pay close attention to the details of the project.

AEF Companies Construction Division will help you design and build your deck using treated wood, composite materials, cedar or redwood. James Hardie fiber cement siding is another one of our specialties. Fiber cement siding comes with up to a 30 year warranty. Fiber cement siding is available in several different colors. We replace and install cedar sidings and all other wood sidings and trim.
